Meet the Founder

You don't need another person telling you to “just prioritize yourself.”

You need someone who understands why that's often easier said than done.

I’m a Certified Life Coach, Master of Social Work (MSW), and Licensed Social Worker (LSW) specializing in burnout recovery, stress management, healthy boundaries, and sustainable personal growth.

My background in social work has given me experience understanding the complex ways stress, relationships, life circumstances, expectations, and personal patterns can affect someone's ability to feel balanced and fulfilled.

As a life coach, I bring that perspective into a forward-focused coaching relationship centered on clarity, goals, personal growth, and sustainable action.

Why I Created Rested & Rooted

Over the years, I've seen how easy it is for people to become so accustomed to stress and overextension that it starts to feel normal. They keep showing up, meeting expectations, and taking care of everyone else—even when they're running on empty.

What I've also noticed is that many people already know they need a change. They know they need more rest, better boundaries, or less on their plate. But knowing what needs to change doesn't always make it easy to change.

That's why I created Rested & Rooted Life Coaching.

I wanted to create a space where people could slow down, understand what's contributing to their stress and burnout, and make meaningful changes that actually fit their lives.

My work focuses on burnout, stress management, healthy boundaries, and sustainable personal growth because these areas are deeply connected. The problem isn't always about having too much on your calendar. It can also be connected to the expectations we place on ourselves, the boundaries we struggle to maintain, the ways we respond to stress, and the belief that we always have to keep going.

You don't need to become better at doing more. You deserve the opportunity to figure out what matters, what needs to change, and what it looks like to build a life you can actually sustain.

I don't believe burnout is simply a time-management problem.

Burnout can be influenced by the way we respond to stress, the expectations we place on ourselves, our relationships, our boundaries, and the belief that we always have to keep going.

My background in social work gives me a deeper understanding of these patterns, while my coaching approach keeps our work forward-focused, practical, and action-oriented.

You won't be given a generic checklist and sent on your way.

Through personalized coaching, practical tools, guided workbooks, and targeted mini-courses, I'll help you understand what's happening, identify what needs to change, and develop strategies that actually fit your life.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change doesn't require perfection. It starts with small, intentional steps that you can realistically sustain.

Coaching Disclaimer

Rested & Rooted Life Coaching provides life coaching services focused on personal growth, goal setting, stress management, burnout recovery, healthy boundaries, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

While my education, social work experience, and professional background inform my coaching approach, life coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical care for mental health conditions.

Coaching is intended to support clients who are looking to make positive changes, develop greater self-awareness, work toward personal or professional goals, and create healthier, more sustainable patterns in their lives.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical treatment, coaching may not be the appropriate service. I encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health or medical professional who can provide the appropriate level of care.

Rested & Rooted Life Coaching is designed to complement—not replace—professional healthcare or mental health services when those services are needed.
